2. Hosting

Our hosting provider, ALL-INKL.COM (Germany), processes technical access data such as your IP address, the requested page, access time and browser information to deliver and protect this site (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Server logs are generally deleted within seven days, unless longer retention is needed for security incidents.

3. Cookieless analytics

We use PostHog, Inc. (USA), through its EU Cloud service to measure page visits, traffic sources, basic website performance and clicks on contact options. We do not send email addresses or message contents to PostHog. PostHog temporarily uses your IP address and browser information to create a pseudonymous visitor identifier that changes daily. We do not store PostHog analytics cookies or persistent browser identifiers; automatic click tracking, heatmaps, session recordings and user profiles are disabled.

Our legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (understanding and improving this website). Analytics events may be retained for up to seven years under our current plan. PostHog stores event data in the EU, although processing outside the EEA may occur subject to applicable safeguards. See PostHog's privacy policy.

4. Contact

The email contact button opens your email application; it does not submit a message to our web server. If you send us an email, we use your address and message to respond, then delete them when no longer needed unless legal retention rules apply. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR for contract-related inquiries or Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR otherwise.

5. Your rights

You may request access, correction, deletion or restriction of your personal data, and data portability where applicable. You can object to processing based on legitimate interests and lodge a complaint with a data protection authority. Contact us using the address above. Updated: October 2026.
